One of the major things I have always concentrated on in all coaching and my own businesses are creating systems and if at all possible make them replicate-able.Lets first talk about what I mean by a business system, which is a procedure, process, method, or course of action designed to achieve a specific result. In my opinion, Creating effective business systems is the only way to attain results that are consistent, measurable, and ultimately benefit customers, which of course will help your business grow in a way that is controlled, planned and expected. An example of a System, process or procedure would be when you are first signing up a new client. You should have a system ready that will walk them through the exact steps that best helps them trust, understand and know what to expect when they become your client. This system you put in place will give the potential customer a trust in you allowing them to complete the transaction in a way that all information is given, agreements are signed and discussed, the agreed upon payment is made and a next action step is scheduled. Now you will have clients whom will try to pull you out of this proven process, you MUST resist the temptation because if you do give in and don't follow your process in most cases something will go off key and ultimately the client will be upset, confused, or unhappy and you will be faced with the possibility of loosing a client, money and future referrals. I will stress again it will be very tempting to stray from your implemented system but if you resist and push forward, everyone will be much happier in the end.
