As many of you would know, I love running. I started running in 2016, but I wasn’t very good at it. In fact, I was painfully slow and there were moments I felt frustrated and was tempted to give up because I wasn’t getting to where I wanted sooner.
But as I train for my first Ironman, I want to impart with you all 5 key lessons I learned from my marathon training. These lessons have kept me going and taught me what it means to endure hardships while simultaneously being kind to myself.
