Eating is one of our most common responses to stress. When this evolves into a pattern, this not only leads to weight gain but also makes us not manage our stress in a healthy manner. It’s impossible to escape stress and burnout in our day-to-day lives, but Dr. Megan Melo is here to share how we can break out of the cycle of stress eating.

 

Dr. Megan Melo, MD is a board-certified Family and Obesity Medicine Physician and Certified Life Coach. She attended the University of Washington School of Medicine as well as the Group Health Family Medicine Residency. She currently works coaching Women Physicians on burnout and reversing stress-related weight gain.
