Back On Track

40 episodes - English - Latest episode: over 2 years ago -

Welcome to the Back On Track Podcast with me, Sam West. My mission is to inspire, helping you to get through the tough times and live a better, more fulfilling life. On the show I speak to inspirational people who’ve come back from rock bottom, and also experts that provide you with the tools you need to implement positive changes in your life.

The fact is, we all go through difficult times where it feels like things are going off the rails - that’s what makes us human. It’s happened to me in the form of mental illness, and it may have happened to you in different way too. But by listening to how others got things back on track, and learning how to improve our physical and mental state, we can go from suffering to outright thriving.

If you’ve been on the journey so far, I just wanna say thanks so much for supporting, and if you’re new here I wanna say welcome, and I hope you enjoy the show!
