On this week's episode of the podcast is a good friend of mine called Alfie - and his story is all about overcoming panic disorder.
After suffering a severe panic attack in between his first and second year of uni, Alfie went through 18 months of hell in which the condition put him in almost a constant state of panic, and subsequently everything began to spiral out of control.
Thankfully, Alfie managed to get the help he needed and now lives a much happier life which isn't dictated by the condition. He has now decided to share his experience in the hope that it might help someone else going through a similar situation.
