"Feelings can be originate from points, 1 from our bodily senses, the touch, smell, sight and hearing. This can be a feeling a tingling
sensation that makes you laugh, the feeling of anger coming from what you are seeing, disgusted is another feeling, I'm sure you get the
point, the second one actually comes from Emotions. Emotions is e-motion, in physics we know e to be symbol of Energy, and this becomes
Energy-motion, basically this means that emotions is energy in motion, which can be generated from within or come from outside,
it's impulses. They lead to feelings. "

New definition of Emotional Intelligence is the ability to IDENTIFY , REGULATE and GENERATE the emotions in your life.
There are many ways to do this, it can be through meditation, visualization and affirmations.

" Generation Emotions through Visualization.
1. Find a comfortable place to lay down.
2. Close your eyes and relax.
3. Think of a time you were happy.
4. Relax and see yourself being in that place, with the people
5. Notice everything about the place and people, from the smell, sensations, colours and what you were hearing.
6. Be in that event, feel it happening.
7. Smile (like really smile) while closing your eyes and feel the happy sensation travel through your body.
This exercise might take a while to master, but once mastered it is a great tool that can change your for the best. "
