In this episode, we are joined by Gabi Preston Phypers, proud dyslexic, mother, wife, and owner of multiple businesses.

Gabi has been working in the world of start-ups since 2017, following 7 years’ experience in banking. In 2020, she joined the family business and has since been on a mission to make a difference by inspiring and educating people on how to be in the driving seat of their future.

She currently juggles various roles: at Oscar Harrington, her focus is on growing their mobile robotics recruitment agency; she runs ‘Own It With Gabi’, a career coaching business dedicated to helping people articulate their jazz hands on their CV; and she has recently set up Tooled Up Raccoons, providing software to help recruiters, in-house and agency, to find the right talent quicker.

Gabi enjoys working with people to empower them to get in the driving seat of their lives, and she strongly believes no one should ever be a passenger in their life journey.
