Step 1 - Research good and bad traits of a sales person
Step 2 - draw out a T Chart and tally up the good traits you have and bad traits you have
Step 3 - Pick 1 bad trait you want to get rid of and 1 good trait you want to add
Step 4 - spend 15-30 minutes for a week in the AM working on adding the good trait and removing the bad trait, use your resources to help and make a action plan
Step 5 - Repeat next week with new traits
