Previous Episode: Create the Need

People want to be treated like ONE-OF-A-KIND! Now that you've gotten into the zone and broken the ice, it's time to make them feel special. Why should people give you their time, when time is their most valued asset these days? They require an immediate response, and you must provide that response. An example that I usually start with in my calls is something like:
"Well, it's nice I have you on the phone today since..." is a common opening line. 
What can you say to someone to make them feel special for being on the phone with you?
