How to run a excellent team meeting

1. How are your team meetings currently?

Order and What does each thing mean?
Ice Breaker - throw in something non business related
Team standards - what does your team stand for? 
Plan and schedule for the month - show your team all training you have scheduled, meetings with them, events, etc. 
Stats/Props - Put the last month production or stats for your team and show them who did great and who needs to improve
Outing/Culture - you should always have events to get your people together, share that with your team
Culture Award and Production Award - Prop people out for performance and for being a team player. Have an award, put their pictures up and celebrate them. 
Personal Prop Outs - What happened in people's life personally that you can put their photo up and celebrate for them. 
Focuses/Contests - What is going on this month and what is the game plan. Specific and Direct. Any contests, share it and message it. 
Inspiration - Always end inspiring your folks.
