The 4 most important zones in my opinion that I believe we all have is:

Our Me Zone: the things we do to make OURSELVES feel good. The working out, the reading, the meditating, the praying, the watching tv, what ever it is that makes you feel good. 

The Work Zone: This is simple when we get to work, we are in our work zone.. Whatever you do for a living is your work zone. 

The Family/Friends Zone: This is where we spend time with our loved ones

The Passion Zone: Not a lot of us use this zone, but it's critical in happiness, keeping up and spending time on your passions. 

Now the key is to try to spend time in all of these zones but not regular time, focused deep time.. To accomplish the most in a zone, you must be deep in flow. 
To get deep in flow you must:
1. eliminate distractions by writing them down prior to them occurring and writing down ways to combat them throughout the day.
2. Prepping yourself for each zone, what can you do to prepare your mind, body, and soul to enter that zone. 
3. Time blocking for each zone so there is specific times for you to execute on it.
