This episode was going to be an on the run recording during the KVK (Kernow Vertical Kilometre) which took place on April 3rd but Covid nabbed me and I wasn't able to run. Next year instead - (thanks Freedom Racing for the opportunity to defer)

So the recording for this episode took place on April 9th at the Heartlands parkrun. I had a great time in glorious weather. A big thanks to the organisers and all the volunteers. Cornwall has a whole host of great parkruns. This one is celebrating its 4th anniversary at its run on Saturday April 16th.

I was also at Heartlands so I could recce the event location for the Cornwall Running Show on April 17th at which I will have a stand with my podcast recording equipment giving visitors the opportunity to appear in a future episode for a couple of minutes talking about their running plans for 2022.

I also mention during the podcast the Endurancelife 2022 Classic Quarter on Saturday May 21st and the pasta party on Friday May 20th at which along with my running friend Edward Chapman I will be one of the speakers at the party.

I look forward to seeing listeners at both the Cornwall Running Show and the Classic Quarter Pasta Party.
