In this episode I'm joined by Colin & Nik Bathe who share loads of top tips about running a variety of distances.
Colin talks about eating crisps before a run and mini cheddars on it while Nik has a secret flapjack recipe and enjoys mini malt loaves. There are tips on shoe management on the Classic Quarter, walking up hills, drinking including flat coke, and meticulous preparation.
In 2019 Colin won the 24 hour 'Bring Out Your Dead' at the Roseland August Trails (RAT) event and completed the 100 mile Arc of Attrition. Nik ran her longest ultra the 32 mile 'Black RAT' - they ran the Saints Way together and both took part in the Plymouth 'Hope 24'.
