The plan for 2019 is to run the Classic Quarter course in 6 or 7 sections. This was my first recce - the section from Mullion to Loe Bar - about 5.5 miles but then I had to run back so 11 miles in total.
The episode was recorded on a glorious Sunday at the end of August - the morning after being at a 50th birthday party. I started from Mullion Cricket Club in time to be back by 10.20am in readiness to pick up the commentary mic for the annual 6 a side tournament.
Some glorious views and a few interesting moments on the way round.
The recording was on the out route only. Thanks to Beth for turning 90 minutes into 30 minutes or so.
