Well, that is exactly what our guest this week, Femi Otitoju, does: challenges perceptions, defies the status quo and replaces them with a new way of looking at the world.

Femi founded Challenge Consultancy in 1985 to provide high quality, effective training and consulting services for the private, public and voluntary sectors. Challenge is now an association of trainers and consultants designing and delivering solutions for a wide range of UK and global organisations.
Combining a scientific background with persuasive and engaging training skills, Femi has designed a variety or programmes and courses about this cultural awareness.

This was an inspirational talk that helped us shift our perspective and become more aware of the realities and unconscious bias we all hold, definitely worth a listen!
