A client recently asked me what my life was like.

My answer, "Uhhh... where do you want me to start?"

I don't say this to be arrogant. I say this because I've spent the last several years of my life building the habits I've always wanted.

My goal in this episode is for you to dissect a day in my life, and take whatever pieces you can to help you get to your perfect day.
