Yup another season with our kids, are you so excited. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and connect with our kids. Kids are a great mirror for us and a accurate gauge of a families health. If the gauge is reading low then the energy and family vitality is probably waning. Well in this episode some great tools for improving a families health, however I am sure that I will probably piss you off a bit. Oh well. I love you and want the best for you. Go do the hard things.

Yes I have a life master's in relationships and personal development. For Pete's sake I have six kids ( all teenage or older and I am still alive). Married to the same model for 30+ years.
