Previous Episode: 146 Longest Lock-In Ever
Next Episode: 148 3 Things

Tim Brokopp lives in Pennsylvania, USA and serves as the Executive Director of Operations for the Amoveo Group. The Amoveo Group is a non-profit development organization, which exists to see broken systems fixed in communities all over the world. They mobilize people, material, and financial investment in projects which spur sustainable solutions to physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The team at the Amoveo Group looks to local leaders to determine needs and strategically utilize volunteers and pathfinders.

That's not an easy task, but it helps ministries stay longer and stronger!

Before that appointment, Tim was executive director of the E4 Project, a faith-based international leadership community that brought sustainable solutions to impoverished communities in Gabon and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Tim grew up in Sub-Saharan Africa and has worked in international development since 2008. He is fluent in French and specializes in working in cross-cultural settings, leadership development, and international community development.

Tim Brokopp was a child on the mission field with his parents in Africa. Later he moved from Africa to Lexington, NC as a high school student. He went from being a MK (missionary kid) to being a PK (preachers kid) in the United States as his dad became a pastor.

In this episode, you will hear how this all takes place and how you can get involved with these short term missions projects!
