Join host Greg Heiss along with John McFarland, SHRM-CP and Kaiser Permanente's very own Rudy Hernandez as the guys discuss some mental health considerations for owners, managers and supervisors in todays post COVID-19 (wishful thinking perhaps) world.

We will discuss things to watch for, accommodations that can be made, both proactively and reactively with your workforce.  There are things which can be done at little of no cost to assure the stresses of our new normal are mitigated as much as possible.

It can be a challenge for sure.  We are seeing shattered workplaces, where nothing seems to be normal anymore. Some colleagues are gone, some work from home.  Some may even have been affected by COVID directly.  Moreover, the situation is ever changing as we learn more about the pandemic.  This only adds complexity to the situation.

While it seems as though there might be no end in sight, Rudy assures us, that there most certainly will be, even if it is a ways off.  His behavioral health background allows him to offer novel ideas, tips and tricks, and more importantly, a kind and caring heart.

Grab your pods, a chair and a cup of joe, and join us for this enlightening episode.  You’ll be glad you did.
