This will be a bit of a follow-up show from last time.  We had to juggle a little to make it happen this way, and this resulted in a bit of a late publish date.  Sorry about that!  It makes sense though, and we hope you will agree.

Greg and John are joined today by a young professional mom, who's unwittingly been forced into what many describe as the "Laptop Class".  Like many others, juggling life at the home office with two small children and a now non-existent child-care option presents some interesting challenges.  Megan Eskew, Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager with RaboAgriFinance joins by phone from her office in California.  She serves the financing needs of numerous agricultural business across the state.

Megan shares some thoughts on what is great about the situation and what is not so great.  She share some ideas with us regarding how employers might take the lead and proactively engage.

John shares some fascinating statistics gathered on perceptions and realities regarding remote workers, both from a management and employee perspective.  They are truly eye-opening.  Join in and find out what learned, both from our own research and from a real world working professional who is living it.

We would love your feedback, so please feel free to leave us a note and give us your thoughts. E-mail us your suggestions, ideas, comments and critiques at [email protected]
