In this episode, we look at a particular type of tradition. I have developed a long-standing and deep tradition around the morning ritual that I practice. I call it a ritual and not a routine for a reason. Rituals can have some mystical connotations and I like them for that reason. Starting my day with power is good.

Do you have traditions for growth built into your life? Why or why not. If you truly want a life of purpose, prosperity, and Joy, creating traditions that reinforce love and service will help you get there and live there.
