In this episode, we talk about limits. The old Eagles song “Take It to the Limit is one of my favorites. It is sad and wistful, yet talks about a desire and perhaps a willingness to take life to the limit. No matter how many setbacks occur, as long as we have breath, we can get up and go at it again. But, do we?

What are the real limits of life? I’m 66 and I don’t know if I could ski or snowboard now as I did 15 years ago. My body may not co-operate. But, that is not a real limit. I could work and overcome that. What are your limits? The only thing keeping us from anything we want to achieve are those li it's we acknowledge. Where have you taken your opportunities to the limit? Why not do it again, right now?
