In this episode, like every episode, Kellan talks about how you can create Your Ultimate Life. This episode is dedicated to growth. The title is How Does it Grow? With most things we create, we want them to grow. Plants start out as seeds and grow into something wonderful. Of course, what I'm talking about is personal growth. While we need to care for our growing plant - we have to water them, feed them, prune them and sometimes replant them.

I was a guest on a recent podcast with Sara Jane and Enolia, a modern day Shaman. She described a story about her grandfather and a rock. Her grandfather asked her to pick a rock and carry it with her where ever she went - for 3 days. After 3 days, he asked her if she wanted to put the rock down... YES! she said. The rock came to represent all of those things that we want to get rid of. On the other side, what are the things we want in our life and heart. For me, forgiveness is one. Forgiveness is a solitary journey - between you and your God.

When I talk about forgiveness, I can't help think about the parable of the mustard seed. This tiny seed grows into a wonderful plant.

I have both an invitation and challenge for you.

The invitation? Start growing, start creating now. Nothing will provide you with clarity faster, than doing! Action speaks louder. Hesitation can cost you months or years of time. So do "it," make mistakes and learn from them.

What is your mustard seed? What is your tiny idea, or thought - that hopeful thing in your heart?

Plant the "candidate seed."

Nurture it. Grow it. Get into the habit with every idea or thought you have. You get into the habit of creating results.

I said it, I did it. Repeat: I said it, I did it.

How it grows is the process of creating growth, discipline, dedication around a certain outcome.

This is an invitation to bring your time, attention, and Love to the things you want most to share. I can’t wait to see them.
