In today's episode, we're taking you behind the scenes of our latest photoshoot!
We started this podcast a year ago, just after the pandemic started, and since we don't live in the same city, we couldn't get together to take branding photos.
Like many women, taking pictures of ourselves didn't come easy. A lot of triggers came up - around body image, spending money on ourselves, and deciding how we wanted to show up.
We'll share with you everything that came up as we prepared for the big day - from working with a stylist, to shopping, to getting hair and make-up done to the actual day. And what came up when we saw the pictures.
It's an eye-opening experience for sure and wasn't as easy as we thought.
