We'll be the first to admit that we regret not applying for awards earlier in our careers. But...it's never too late, and we're here to tell you why you should consider applying for awards next year.
Some hot awards tips straight off the press:
Be prepared. Look at past categories to see what you could be eligible for and keep them in mind during the year. Know application cut-off dates in advance! Don't presume there are 1000's of entries and you have no chance. Look at the Under 30's awards. Start young. Keep an eye out for team awards and work with others on a project together. Learning and collaborating. Double win. Keep trying. If you didn't win this year, try again next year! Just have a go.
