Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to keep up with constant demands, these could be some warning signs for you.

Hopefully the mindfulness techniques we've shared in this episode help you to regain some balance. We also hope that by openly discussing this topic, we’ve helped break down some barriers and encourage you to ask for help when you feel those warning signs.
