We are but a combination of all of our daily habits. Think about it, whatever habits you have whether good or bad, they make you who you are. I'm talking mentally, physically, and spiritually. For example, smoking every day damages your lungs. Eating strawberries or bananas every day increases your mood. Working out 5 times a week changes your life in the best possible way. Learning guitar 15 minutes a day is better than 45 minutes once a week. Habits are all around us and make up most of our day. What good habits do you want to learn?
