Welcome to part 2 of our self-regulation series, where we're breaking down how to know if you actually need rest, or if you're just being a lil' bitch 🙃

In today's episode, we're giving you lots of good takeaways to help determine this for yourself, and to help you take action / do the thing, even when you're not feelin' it.

At the end of the day we do want to be enjoying life/gym/training/habits for the most part.

But also keep in mind - it’s not necessarily meant to be all sunshine and roses (Nicola wrote this, the saying is actually sunshine and rainbows so I need it on record that she messed it up for once... plz tell her!)

If things are feeling off for an extended period of time, there’s probably a need for a bit of an adjustment.

At the same time… Discomfort isn’t necessarily a bad thing…
