It can be scary to reach out for help, but it is often the first step to helping you heal, grow, and recover to healthier mindset resulting in well being. Lynn discusses her own personal issues with mental health and her compassion for talking about your feelings because it  isn't a sign of weakness. We are in charge of our own  wellbeing and we can find positive ways to involve ourselves in the conversation to begin the healing process.
