Today I am joined by ‘The Perfectly Imperfect Coach’ Marnie LaFrance from Ottawa, Canada. She talks all about her experience being a caregiver for her mum who has early stage Dementia which was triggered from strokes.

Marnie’s ultimate goal is to help women live a life of love, confidence and authenticity. She is also the founder of The WELL Collective which is a place that  focus' on the prioritisation of oneself.
