If you have been around for a while, you have heard me talking about how your subconscious mind wants to keep you safe no matter what, probably hundreds of millions of times. Our subconscious mind's primal purpose is to keep us safe and comfortable, and that's all great. But when it comes to creating new neural pathways and stepping into your higher self, your subconscious mind can make things…difficult.

The subconscious mind prioritises safety and caution, even when it doesn't serve you, and it all goes back to our evolutionary legacy (you know, our ancestors trying not to get eaten by predators!). So naturally, your subconscious mind tries to sabotage you when you are stepping into a new reality. It freaks out just like you were about to get eaten by a lion.

So if you want to achieve those mind-blowing results you desire, we need to break you free from the safety loop by embracing the unknown and stepping outside of your familiar routines and habits. Easier said than done, right? Trust me, I get it. That's why I'm here to guide you through the process in today's podcast episode!
