In this episode I talk about depression and a recent bout of it I have pulled out of by the time this posts. But, I know this is a relatable topic and so I spill it about what can cause depression and some ways to get through.

This is the beginning of a monthly podcast where I will share a sample diet for those of you looking for ideas.
