I just want to be home with my family
This dead-end job is going nowhere
I can’t wait to get away from this awful job
I am tired of working all hours and every holiday
I know I am worth more than this

 

Whilst these thoughts are great at motivating you to start; they’re not great at inspiring you to grow and improve. They won’t inspire you to increase your skills and make your business thrive. To do that, you have to identify the real ‘why’ behind what you do.
