If you are a seasonal allergy sufferer you know how miserable it can be.  Depending on what part of the country you live, your allergies can be afflicting your for as little as 4 months up to 8 months. 

Symptoms can range from sneezing, red or watery eyes, coughing, running nose, sinus congestion, sore throats to even hives.  Everyone is different.

Traditionally allergy sufferers are told “take an antihistamine” the entire time your allergies are acting up.   Another option is allergy shots, where you go and get injections to help decrease your symptoms.  Is there something better?
