39: Women who have supported me

Welcome to Woman Leadership show. I'm Janet and in this episode, I will be sharing with you the women who have supported me. 

Grandmother – who care of me and requested my aunty to care for me as I was goo din mathematics so can help to look after the shop

Mother – she has shown me that woman can be independent without a men in her life and has brought up the only child single handledly and knowledge is important in financial planning and taking care of her health.

Coaches, mentors - successful in business and show me the way that I would have a seat at the management table and in the business world. 

Women are so powerful when they come together and understand women challenges managing career, children,husband, finances, parents and in laws. 

Role model for us to follow and inspire us to be like them or to avoid failures that they have went through. 

Accept us as who we are and not trying to put a brave and strong front thinking no one understand and we have to go through alone. We can build a small support group or community to share and provide help and support . 

I hope that through my sharing, it draws inspiration and personal reflection for you. I believe every woman can be a leader in your own way. I look forward to seeing you in my next episode where I will be sharing with you tips and ways to realize your full potential as a leader on Woman Leadership.
