Welcome to Woman Leadership show. I'm Janet and in this episode, I will be sharing with you on what are some of my regrets in life. Is to attend talks, seminars , read more books at early age and less time on doing things such as hanging out , shopping and partying. I may have a degree which helped me in my pay range but is my attitude and hardwork and I managed to climb up the corporate ladderStart side business earlier so I could learn as early and as much and tried out whether they works for me. Waiting for a perfect time when I have someone who can partner with or someone who can offer me. Travel with my mum as she wanted to travel with me but because of my work, I was not able to do as often as she want.

Now, whatever time I have, I will be spending time with family, surround myself with like-minded people whether both in faith and do things that will benefit my physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Playing badminton and climbing stairs with my kids, read good books which are positive and are good mentors, speak to people who are positive and are there to supr you on and not give up on your dreams.  As for my faith, I have friends who will remind me to attend religious classes and do my obligations.
Though I am spending more hours for example doing podcasting in addition to supervise my children and attending some seminars and conferences. I find my life more fulfilled and I attract more positive energy into my life. I was invited to different network groups and opportunities I thought was lost or no news resurfaced and connected with me again.
I have now started to do something about my side business don’t think so much just do it as is the process that gets where we want to be. Just like when I was working at my corporate,I would just move to next level though I was not prepared or equipped to do. I picked up the skills alogn the way and put in additional hours to learn and observe how others do it though books, videos and talking to others. Treasure the moments with family and important people in your life. Think about how we can contribute to others by involving in volunteer work and community work.

I hope that through my sharing, it draws inspiration and personal reflection for you. I believe every woman can be a leader in your own way.  I look forward to seeing you in my next episode where I will be sharing with you tips and ways to realize your full potential as a leader on Woman Leadership.
