Sacred Self-Care Rituals and an Oracle Card Reading For Your Cycle with Clare Foale

In this episode I sat down for a delicious conversation with my friend Clare Foale, a writer, an artist, a teacher, a space holder, a tapping practitioner, a questioner and an ocean-lover. She is also a First Moon Circle Facilitator, and creator of her brand new oracle cards SPACIOUS which we explore together today.

About Clare

When I turned 30, I was a new Mum struggling with PND which didn't yet have a name. I was a Personal Assistant on maternity leave. I was finding life overwhelming and was grappling with some big questions like, "who am I?" and "what do I like?" which I couldn't find words for. My work now - whether holding space 1:1 for people, holding Circles, teaching tapping (EFT) - keeps coming back to the question "who am I?" and leaning in and listening to the answers and exploring what is present in curious conversation.
