4 Seasons In 4 Weeks: The Phases of your Cycle And How They Influence You

If you've ever heard someone say that they're currently in their Inner Winter, you may have wondered what on Earth this means... 

But when you remember that you ARE nature, not separate from it, you can see the natural world reflected within you - in your menstrual cycle. 

Your menstrual cycle gives you your own inner birth/death/rebirth cycle right inside you every month. When you figure this out, you can spot deeper patterns explaining why you love / struggle with different parts of your cycle.
