Adam Blum, host of True Blue History podcast where he explores the stories of Australia’s war history, including interviewing past and current military personnel such as David Trist, who at 95, is a WW2 veteran who enlisted in the Australian Army to fight for our country’s freedom. 

Adam’s interest in Australia’s military history is greatly influenced through many of his family members having served for our country. Adam himself is a deputy captain in the RFS and currently studying to be a professional military historian. As he spends time reflecting on Australia’s war efforts and challenges through the lens of those who have the lived in experience, he is here today to reflect on his own battles and challenges in his life.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 6 years old and with learning difficulties and being an overweight kid, he felt under fire time and time again from serious bullying behaviour.
