Such a unique story. I talk about a subject that can be uncomfy to talk about: Diversity and Banking.

I never accused BofA of not hiring a diverse group. Hell, an Indonesian Woman and a woman from Mexico were my first bosses.

I was always so proud of having a unique support structure with my company. Fifteen years later, Bank of America is spending millions on an ad campaign airing during football to tell you that they hire people from all races, as if we didn't know that already.

I talk about these twitter posts and commericals and the millions of dollars of spending Bank of America is doing to show you that it really likes other people not like them.

 Cringe-worthy.
