When we really know each other, we can really love each other. To suspend judgment, step into a person's context, seek to understand, and walk alongside a friend means that we can experience companionship in every season of life. None of us have a perfect life, and all of us know what it means for the reality of our life to hang well beneath our ideal of what life should be. Each of us also know what it's like to go through an identity crisis (HELLO MIDDLE SCHOOL, WE ARE NOT FRIENDS), and suffer brokenness and hurt in some area of our life. In this episode, we're talking about being a friend through it all, and also, since it's National Adoption Awareness Month, highlighting those who carry adoption in their story (like Tiffany), and what it means to never fully be done grieving the loss of blood parents, but also how beautiful it is to see redemption and grace at work. This is a special episode for the Why Tho Gals, and a subject near and dear to our hearts. What's been your experience with adoption? Share your thoughts with us! We'd love to hear from you about how this episode and this topic impacts you personally.
