Sentara, Bon Secours, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, Eastern Virginia Medical School and Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters issued a joint statement asking patients and visitors to mask. The announcement comes on the heels of an uptick across the state in viruses like flu, COVID-19 and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
