Sugar Lopez had her life set, having just married at the age of 25, Sugar and her new husband were on cloud nine, but then tragedy hit, and two years later, Sugar lost her sight due to complications of diabetes, in other words, diabetic retinopathy.
Since then, Sugar has had a transplant of her kidneys and pancreas, and is now in need of a new kidney and pancreas, and you can help Sugar on her Transplant journey by donating, and visiting the below link:
