Tuscan bean salad

Ingredients

One can 15 ounces chickpeas drained and rinsed
One can 15 ounces navy beans drained and rinsed
One cup barley cooked according to package directions
One green pepper seeded and finely diced
One red pepper seeded and finely diced
one large hole tomato seeded and finely diced
ΒΌ cup sun-dried tomatoes finally chopped
two green onions sliced

For the dressing

ingredients
Two cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons basil pesto
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt and two pinches black pepper, or to taste
