The idea behind this podcast percolated over time as we spent our college years getting to know each other, during maybe some of our most challenging and exciting times of our lives. We hope to shed some positive light on topics that we don’t often discuss day to day, such as dealing with mental illness, health problems, and the pressure of growing up. Our goal is to help you feel heard, inspired, and find happiness however, and wherever, you grow!
