Episode #110

In this episode of What the Fat, I talk about the upcoming documentary Game Changer. In it, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger talks about not necessarily needing meat in order to be a pro-athlete and how a plant based diet can be just as beneficial. I challenge the concept of a plant based diet being healthier and better for the environment. I take a look at more than just the surface level arguments and dig deep in order to uncover the truth and present the facts.
