Women’s mental health has been declining and more and more of us are seeking ways to address it. Thankfully there is help with Room for Her, a FREE service that offers digital cognitive behaviour therapy for one year. This incredible initiative is being supported by Greenshield Canada and Mila Lucio, executive Vice President of Human Resources and Social Impact at Green Shield Canada joins me to share details.

Finally, with the Ford government trying to develop the greenbelt in Ontario, and farmland across the country at risk I thought it would be a good time to re-air an interview I did with Peggy Brekveld this summer. Peggy is President of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture, which represents over 38,000 farm families across Ontario who joined me to discuss their Home Grown campaign. We all need to know what’s at risk when we lose farmland.
