This episode provides a guided opportunity to experience a "3-part breath" meditation; this meditation includes both internal (e.g.,  body and breath) and external scans (sounds) and also utilizes principles from the scientifically-validated meditation style known as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Feel free to use this while seated on a chair, the ground, a cushion, folded blanket, or pillow. And please employ this breath as often as you like (with eyes open, you could use this breath while walking, driving, listening to others, etc.). Please enjoy!
