To start with I struggled to figure out why Heather worked as a Welsh Business Leader as her effervescent personality gave me the impression that should would be in a field of arty creativity.  As  we chatted through her journey from chartered town planner to CEO of the Welsh Chamber where she uses her black book of business leaders across the globe to make connections that businesses in Wales need to sustainable grow .

Her ballsy feminine determination shines through and we managed to cover all sorts of topics, including being a woman at the beginning in a mans world and how things have moved on
We also touched on the stresses of women in the boardroom when the menopause kicks in and your brain turns to mush!

Heather is entertaining, extremely able and wonderfully funny! and the big question.
