WGWG began operations in 1961 as a radio club and transitioned into a 50,000 watt non-com FM station in 1974. WGWG began operating with an online stream at wgwg.org in 1998.
The studios are located in the GWU Communications Studies Hall in Boiling Springs, NC and the studio request line is 704.406.3525 with an email address of [email protected].
